No. You sign in with your Google account only. Thingwethink never asks for a phone number.
Is Thingwethink free?
Yes. Messaging, voice notes, group chats, and voice & video calls are all free to use.
How do people find me on Thingwethink?
After signing in you get a unique 8-character id. Share that id with anyone and they can search for it to start a chat with you.
Can I make voice and video calls?
Yes. Open any chat and tap the call or video icon to start a free voice or video call in your browser.
What are disappearing messages?
Turn on the disappearing messages timer in a chat and new messages are automatically removed after the timer — 24 hours, 7 days, or 90 days.
What devices does Thingwethink work on?
Thingwethink runs entirely in the browser, so it works on any device with a modern browser — desktop, laptop, tablet, or phone.
