Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of Thingwethink. By signing in or using the site you agree to them.
1. The service
Thingwethink is a free web chat service that lets you sign in with Google, share a unique id, and exchange text, images, voice messages and calls with other users. We may change, suspend or discontinue features at any time.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country, if higher). You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your Google account secure. Provide accurate profile information and do not impersonate others.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Thingwethink to:
- harass, threaten, bully, stalk or abuse anyone, or share hateful content;
- send spam, scams, phishing links, malware or unsolicited promotions;
- share illegal content, or content that sexually exploits or endangers minors (we report such content to the authorities);
- share another person's private information or intimate images without consent;
- attempt to access other accounts, probe or disrupt the service, or bypass its security or limits;
- scrape, resell or automate use of the service without permission.
4. Your content
You keep ownership of what you send. You grant us a limited licence to store, process and transmit it solely to operate the service. You are responsible for your content and confirm you have the right to share it. Messages are not end-to-end encrypted; see our Privacy Policy.
5. Enforcement
We may remove content, restrict features or suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or put others at risk, with or without notice. You can stop using the service at any time and may ask us to delete your account by emailing pheonixadvertising1@gmail.com.
6. Advertising and third-party services
Our public pages display ads served by Google AdSense. We are not responsible for third-party sites, products or ads. The service relies on Google Firebase and is subject to its availability.
7. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, delivery of every message or call, or that content will never be lost. Emergency calls are not supported. Do not rely on Thingwethink for critical communication.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Thingwethink and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits or goodwill arising from your use of the service.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Continuing to use the service after an update means you accept the revised terms.
